EPCPROMAN proposed EPCPROMAN software consist of STRUCTMAN & AUTOSPOOL, SPOOLMAN / ERMAN, MATCONTRK / STOREMAN and Track-N-Tracing Barcoding, Mobile Apps. progressing for the automation of their work processes. EPCPROMAN Implementation has been executed by stage-wise:
Installation and configuration of basic modules of Construction Management Software.
Metal structure works (Material Receiving, Stock Control, Nesting Plan, Material Verification, Fabrication & Erection Progress, Fit-up, Welding & NDT Progress, Progress Report generation.
Piping works (Material Receiving, Stock Control, Nesting Plan, Fabrication & Erection Progress, Fit-up, Welding & NDT Progress, Progress Report generation.
Stage-wise Execution
Stage – 1 : Installation and configuration of basic modules of Construction Management Software.
Stage – 2 : Release and acceptance of module-1 which shall include flow of activities pertaining to Metal structure works (Material Receiving, Stock Control, Fabrication & Erection Progress, Fit-up, Welding & NDT Progress, Progress Report generation.
Stage – 3 : Release and acceptance of module-2 which shall include flow of activities pertaining to Piping works (Material Receiving, Stock Control, Nesting Plan, Fabrication & Erection Progress, Fit-up, Welding & NDT Progress, Progress Report generation.
